From the moment we met Renée, she showed immense compassion and instilled confidence in us for the journey ahead. She was always available for us with any questions that we had throughout my pregnancy. When we reached out to her regarding such intense gas pain that I was experiencing one day, she suggested an essential oil for me to use (which I thankfully had). The essential oil relieved the pain within minutes after hours of pain! She knew exactly what to use to help me, and I was so grateful.

My labor ended up being very, very long. Renée’s ability to remain calm and supportive for both me and my husband during unexpected hurdles was truly remarkable. She offered great suggestions, guiding us through each step with positivity despite the hurdles.

After hours and hours of very slow dilation, Renée worked some exercises on me with the support of my husband, that worked like magic. 

Within an hour, I was finally able to start pushing!! It was incredible! 

Once our baby was born, she made sure that we got skin to skin immediately. Renée also made sure that as soon as it was possible, my baby and I were able to establish a proper breastfeeding latch, which was successful and feeding has been a breeze for us ever since. 

We are forever grateful to have had Renée by our side through the toughest but most beautiful moment of our lives!”

The Prenatal Breastfeeding Class helped me be more confident and allowed me to breastfeed my son until he was 21 months! And he was exclusively breastfed for the first 7 months.

It’s hard for me to even put into words how grateful me and my fiancé are that we had Renée there to support us through my pregnancy and birth of our baby girl. 

We are first-time parents and had no clue what we were doing, but Renée really helped us feel prepared for the birth both mentally and physically. 

I knew I wanted an unmedicated natural birth but was scared I wouldn’t be able to do it but just having Renée there when I was in labor helping me through every contraction gave me the confidence I needed to get through it. 

She helped me achieve everything I had on my birth wish list, and there is not one thing I would change about my birth experience.

She is so full of knowledge, and I have learned so much from her not just about giving birth but about breastfeeding and taking care of my baby.

Prenatal Breastfeeding Education helped me prepare for what to expect, know what to have on hand before the baby arrived, and when to ask for help once my son was here. 

Renée came over the day my son was born and helped coach me as well, which was huge. Plus, she came with a bag of tricks! 

My son had ties, and so we had to use a French feeding system at first, and she showed me how to use my pump properly. 

All of this education led to breastfeeding success. 

I’m 6 months postpartum and still breastfeeding my son!

I will try to put into words the feelings I have in an attempt to express my gratitude.

Firstly, I would not have been successful without you. You believed in me, my body, my ability even when I questioned it. You knew what to do at every step – from our first conversation to the leading up to the birth, to actual birth & right after. 

Thank you for helping me at home. 
You just knew exactly what to do & coached me through it in a kind, gentle way (even when others were nervous, you knew how to handle them too ;). Knew what to do to progress labor and when to move to hospital. 

I don’t know how you remained so present with me during the hospital delivery. A million people screaming at me – I focused on what you said. You just know. 30 mins in L&D, and baby was here. This was thanks to your cues. I would not have known what was happening without the cues you taught me. And after birth, helping us with immediate nursing & taking pictures!

You said to me that this would be my healing redemption birth. And I didn’t know what that meant to me before – I just wanted to try not to have a 3rd c section. I wanted a chance, and you made it possible. 

My intention became reality. Yes I did my homework (a lot of it), but at the end- you made the difference. 

The advocacy and keeping me on my intentional path allowed my baby to come earth side without drugs, without pressure, without fear. With trust, with education, with mindfulness, with preparation, with hard work, with love, with compassion & respect. This was the birth I didn’t know I wanted and was accessible to me. But it is possible for all of us.

Thank you for the experience. A vaginal birth after 2 c-sections (vba2c) is nearly impossible to achieve logistically. But we did it. 

A 9lbs 5 oz, natural birth to a healthy boy. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart & depths on my soul xoxo!
