Welcome to Introduction to Breastfeeding Basics, a safe space to learn about your beautiful growing body, your baby and creating a confident feeding relationship. YOU CAN DO IT and I can show you how.
As a Mom of 3, a certified Birth Doula and Certified Lactation Consultant with over 12 years of experience, I love educating new and expecting parents in the beauty of:
- Milk production, how does it work?
- Establishing a good supply
- The Golden Hour after birth
- Getting a good latch
- Baby’s feeding cues
- Frequency and duration of feeds
- How to tell if baby is getting enough milk
Join me in this 1 hour class to ensure a healthy start. Partners & Grandparents are welcome and encouraged to attend.
